7.86 @ 6:30 pace...stiff wind on Great Plain...did pick ups/surges on the industrial section
Sub 30 degress...felt like sub 20.....bundled up....did it solo...
Opening Mile was 7:06...and then went through 2 @ 13:20......
For the day...7.86...so far @ 30+ for the week now that I have the extra...
