Had hoped to do a tempo from work...but ended up heading home to pick E up from the bus for a half day so I had to cram.
Down to Highstreet...to Concord to Summer, Summerhill to Mill and then back. Opening mile was 6:30ish...felt off in the middle of the run. Also, FRIGGING COLD....first run of the year in Sporthills and Winter Hat along with Mittens!
