OK...so the run on Monday was actually 8.54.....
Did the same loop today but very conversational and easy...still ran 7:00 flat for 59:51 which I'll take...chatted most the run...even up the hill.
But no long run yesterday...snow...3-4 inches...roads where clear today...but yesterday was just not going to happen...snow and then it turned to rain....
So 8.54 for 25+ for 3 days....2 days to go......I need some mileage!
