After 3 days off...running the 2nd day in 5 days....it was achey and painful.
Played Doctor for Felix and Jodi the last 3 days where I couldn't get out at all...I ran today after the lay off and felt achey. Ran 8+...partial lap before meeting up with Drew around the back side of the pond and then out to the tracks...millenium...cemetery into the GC and then work.
No time....just ran...and hopeful for Sunday....
