Out to the tracks...to the park...to the cemetery and then the Course....
Bumped into Donny on the way out so he joined us for the loop...did it all with us except the long striders/pick ups..
Did 6 long striders/pick ups along the fairway next to the road. Felt good...felt solid and think other than when I died on some of the uphills that I was pushing Drew (could have been my imagination.)
Going in the books as 8+ for Day 1 of the Week
