Long over due...and been needing to get back to this blog since I've been doing some great stuff worthy of logging but just not feeling up to it because of the back log.
Rather than post all in one 1 day...I'll see what I can do about updating over time...
Ran the 7 Miler out through the Pond....over to the Cemetery and then in and around the golf course except the course had a bunch of golfers on it so we only did the maintence road and some striders 5 x 100 on the flats before disappearing into the woods. Not alot of effort today running.
Going in the books for 7+
