OK...so a run with Drew always leads to an interesting one...and interesting stories...
Did the 5.85 1/2 Road 1/2 Trail Run...trail was 75 dry....so we cruised in around 43:30. He was laboring more than I would have imagined for someone gearing up for Boston.
OK...here are the interesting points....regarding Drew and Boston...
-4 weeks to Boston
-Longest Single Run was 9 and change and that was yesterday and came as a result of a wrong turn (wanted 8.5)
-Does doubles...worked for Hartford (double in his mind is a 6 and a 8)...
-Got somewhat defensive when I said "so 4 weeks huh?)...think he's doubting his training
-Has no intent of running anything long
Prediction...a long 3+ hour marathon.....
