Cranking....

Ran the new favorite loop...6.2 mostly on trails....

Felt like I was cranking on some sections but only ran it in 43:48, just over a minute faster from Tuesday. Thought it was going to be faster...oh well

Feel like crap however...cold...icky...was up with E and F last night so not alot of sleep. This project is also killing me too at work.

As a whole...glad to get out and now that the snow is out of the woods I should be able to hit the refuge now on the weekends.
