While I had hoped to get in some reason over the weekend....that didn't happen.
I did get out for the usual 4.5....felt easy...though it was cold...mid 30's...but with the wind it was under 30...ran in shorts..long sleeve with a hat and mittens.
Lifted chest/back and legs when I got back.
This week will be tough...stuck UATing all week...locked in a conference room with others...not what I call fun....but I have my headphones and endless supply of coffee keeping me going.
Still hope to get out for an 8er or so this week....if the moons align...
